is Saturday, September 1st!
The Parade is back! Put on your best Tour de Fat costume, come out and volunteer, ride the parade or go to the concert and help make it the biggest and best TDF yet.
For nearly 20 years, Overland Mountain Bike Club has been one of the Tour de Fat beneficiary non-profit organizations. Although the event has changed over the years, it is still one of the major fund-raising events for Overland every year. For that support, the Club has always provided coordination and volunteers for the event and this year is no exception. Please consider volunteering for the event. Volunteers receive free entry into the concert at New Belgium Brewing and two beer tokens.
We need your help to make this a successful event
Please Volunteer Now!
If you can’t volunteer, you can still support Overland and the other non-profits by registering for the parade and purchasing tickets to the event on the New Belgium Website. You can see come cool videos to help “Get your TDF On”.
Here’s the lowdown on the event:
Tour de Fat 2018
Shift gears. Get weird.
It’s back! Tour de Fat, the greatest little show on earth, is about to embark on a six-city bonanza of bikes, beers and philanthropic fun.
Entering its 19th season, the Tour de Fat has raised more than $5 million dollars for local bike non-profits since its inception. This year combines many favorite past ensemble acts like Sedan Halen, The Handsome Little Devils, Daredevil Chicken, and KOLARS – plus new and emerging musical talent from around the country. It’s a celebration of great beer, good people, and humankind’s most wonderful invention – the bicycle!
Come celebrate self-propelled, two-wheel travel and dress up as your alter ego while raising money for your hometown cycling community — hit the links below to see what acts are playing at a show near you.
