Lory Bike Park Dig Day
August 27 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Overland Mountain Bike Association is part of ongoing efforts to maintain, improve, and add to progressive skills features at the Lory Bike Park.
This Bike Park Dig Day is also going to be a learning event. Come out and learn about shaping and building jumps and berms from the folks that have made the current Lory Bike Park a reality. Lory State Park is looking for folks to help clean up and maintain the bike park on a regular basis, and this event will be a good introduction to basic skills and the standards that are required. All tools and guidance will be cheerily provided!
Potable water is available on site. Bring snacks, sun gear, sunscreen, sunglasses, sunhats, and a pair of work gloves if you have them. Wear suitable clothing, closed-toe shoes/boots for expected weather conditions, and playing in the dirt!
Meet up at the Bike Park. If you do not have an annual CPW or day parks pass, a Volunteer Day Pass will be provided at no charge. Bring your bikes to ride the trails or Bike Park after the work session!
Volunteer here for Lory Bike Park Dig Day!
