Overland Mountain Bike Club – Member Ride – Pueblo/Oil Well Flats
March 25 - March 26
The first Overland Member Ride of 2017 takes place on the weekend of March 25th-26th. This ride is for current Overland members (join/renew now) and we will riding Pueblo Lake State Park on 3/25 and Oil Well Flats outside of Canyon City on 3/26. The Club has 3 campsites reserved at Pueblo Lake State Park for the evenings of 3/24 and 3/25. The sites are in the Juniper Breaks Campground D Loop, spots 108, 110, and 111 (Google Map). The sites can hold up to 6 people each, but only 2 cars per site, so carpooling is encouraged.
The club is paying for the three campsites and will also be providing some refreshments. There are no water or electrical hookups for RV’s and no showers, but there is water on site and the sites are located within walking distance to the lake.
If you plan to camp at the Overland sites, please sign up for the ticket type for the date(s) you will be camping (one ticket for each person in your group), so we know how many people to expect.
If all of the Overland campsite tickets are gone, additional sites should be available for you to reserve for $18/night. If you are planning to go and will be staying at your own site, please still sign up with the “on your own” ticket type so we know to expect you.
We will be in touch about carpooling once we see who and how many sign up.
